UNIORG deposits a fixed amount into a pension insurance fund at Allianz Pensionskasse AG for each of its permanent employees every month. For employees who have been at the company for five years or longer, this insurance automatically becomes the employees’ property when they leave the company (vesting). You also have the option of deferred compensation by making payments into a pension insurance fund at Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG.

All entitled employees have the option of using a company car. The categories and price ranges are defined in our UNIORG company car policy. Of course, you and your partner are also welcome to make private use of the company car.
- Company cell phone for business use
We provide each consultant with a company cell phone which is also used for push e-mail service.
- Modern laptop
Naturally, the basic equipment we provide to our employees also includes a modern laptop with all the necessary programs and functions.
